Was a great day at SPAC, started out with a nice light rain. Rain was nice because it keeps the people out of the park. Discovered a new path that runs right next to the river. Real nice run, finished last three miles with negitive splits. Again a real good run, finished in a real steady rain. Tommorrow is a day off then a week of low mileage next week.
