So close to the 600 mile, guess that will have to wait till Tuesday. finished the 10 mile run home from work today. Most of the day it was kinda scattered clouds with the look of rain. The they wanted to make sure I had a nice sunny run home. Just as I left the clouds went away and the sun came out. Was int he high 80's most of the way home. Just nice and slow with lots of water and trying to enjoy the shade when it was around.
Heels still kinda hurt, going to change back to how I had my shoes laced before and see if that helps. I think it is just the back of the shoes rubbing. Does feel good to get back to running, looking forward to the four mile race on the 4th, should be fun. Lots of people from work should be coming out for this one. Going to stick to my plan and do it slow this time.
