So had a good week last week, this week was suppose to be a light week. Decided that this week is going to be a off week. Have been having some pain in my Achilles tendons. Think this was from doing the trail run last week. Just not able to handle the extra strain on the body. So after some reading I am going to just skip the Tuesday and Thursday runs this week. I will pick back up with a four mile on Saturday and the a ten mile on Sunday.
